Our settlement is located in the North-West of Melenkovski district, Vladimir Oblast. The first forest clearing (36.5 ha) registered for one person yet. In the future, the owners will draw up their family homesteads in the property that upon request of Mayskoye residents can be documented officially. Our settlement plans to expand further due to the few adjacent clearings 4-8 ha.

The land waits for its owners, friendly neighbors, supporting the idea of book series "Ringing Cedars of Russia" by Vladimir Megre. We're waiting for those who shares our views, ready to build his homesteads and to participate in the general life of the settlement!

Now there are 9 families in settlement, ready to join a few families. It is expected that there will be no more than 25-30 families. We invite You to visit us!

Now we are working with the district administration on the subject of area expansion of the “Mayskoye” at the expense of plots located in the vicinity of the settlement.
