The settlement "LyuboDar", consisting of family homesteads, is located in Melenkovsky district of the Vladimir oblast. The distance between the settlement and Vladimir is 120 km, between the settlement and Murom is 60 km. The settlement consists of a field of 178 hectares, surrounded by Murom forests.
This place is really awesome... It's fascinating and won’t let you go... We say it not because we love our “LyuboDar”. Our selection of plots based not on location or accommodation, namely according to our own feelings. It is enough to visit this place, walk across the Meadow and there is an incomparable sense of "your place"...
Now the Meadow is in our possession. We have developed the architectural plan of the settlement.
It is planned to use from 70 to 75 sites. The area of each plot is 1.4 hectares. Most of the plots are rectangular in shape, the size of 100×140 m. Parcels separated by a road width of 9 m. There are two main roads with a width of 15 m. The total clearing is 6 ha.
The settlement began to develop actively since the summer of 2009. The settlement is actively being developed. Currently the settlement is home to 18 families. In August 2009 started construction of the common home. The land purchased in the property on the individual. We can use the land "For conducting a country farm".
Nonprofit partnership "LyuboDar" was created a while back. Plots will be issued in the private property of the settlers, after a probation period of 3 years.
We are looking for people that support the ideas presented in a series of books by Vladimir Megre «the Ringing cedars of Russia» and are ready for 3 years to move to their established family homestead.
In the processing of land we use only soft technology that requires minimal human intervention, and ecologically pure (organic) fertilizer.
