It all started with reading Vladimir Megre books and then was created the initiative group. In March 2001 they first came to these places to watch the land for settlement. They stopped on the road and looked over the surrounding fields. And there was a picture of a large settlement with beautiful gardens and flower beds. And they remain here, to paint a vivid picture...

We lived just like anybody, in Moscow and Moscow oblast, the normal "successful" people. We had it all: houses, apartments, cars etc. We've had adults and small children. But we didn't see a joyful future. And Anastasia, the main character of the books of Vladimir Megre, called us to a bright future. We heard her call and gratefully rushed into a new future.

The first shares were purchased in 2002. In autumn 2003, passed the land surveying of the first parcel. In the winter of 2003-2004 on the "Rodnoe" field were built the first three blockhouses. In June 2004, was received the certificate of the general number of field “Rodnoe” on 70 hectares in size. In 2006, people starting to receive certificate of ownership for their land. In parallel with registration of land settlement "Rodnoe" were registered "Ladnoe", "Zavetnoe", and "Solnechnoe" settlements. In 2008 began a survey of the "Mirnoe" settlement.

After a while, appeared houses, summerhouses, stretched to the sky a young tree. It is a place where children's laughter sounds and music flow. About 200 families settled their family homesteads on the area of 300 hectares at the beginning of spring 2009. Over 60 families are permanently resident in their family homesteads.

In their family homesteads were born seven children. In addition, families with children of different ages are moving to our settlement from year to year. Currently, all homesteads are still under development.

Several times a year we meet in a large meadow holidays, near the lake, for the celebration of Earth Day, Harvest Day, Summer/ Winter/ Vernal /Autumnal Equinox and etc. We sing and dance in a ring, sing songs around the campfire; we share seeds, saplings, experiences with our neighbors. Among our neighbors live real bards, but there are also professional musicians: Irina Baturina, Elena Korolenko and Dmitry Ibragimov, through which every meeting turns into a celebration of the soul. These holidays are very fond of our children.

We have learned a lot, but the main thing — we follow our dreams. We invited for the creation of settlement like-minded people from different parts of the country.
